Real estate law, land registry and rights in rem

We do in-depth land registry research, draft agreements including sale and purchase pre-contracts and contracts and mortgage agreements, real estate exchange, building rights, etc. We represent clients before courts and administrative bodies in relation to registration of ownership or possession, or any other type of entry in the land registry or cadastral registry.

In association with architectural and geodetic bureaus, we coordinate and represent clients in administrative procedures for determining building plots, obtaining certificates and permits for construction, e.g. subdivision procedures, procedures before the land registry and the cadastral registry related to entry of surface, form and buildings in the registrars, location and construction permits and legalization certificates. We advise on and draft contracts between our clients and real estate agents and consultants. We also draft construction agreements and provide full support until the completion of the project.

We support clients in procedures for condominium conversion and we also draft agreements on termination of co-ownership and establishment of a condominium. We represent clients in procedures before the land registry.
