Protection of human rights

We have vast experience when it comes to human rights law - we represent our clients in anti-discrimination cases before national courts, the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights. We especially have experience in the field of protecting LGBTIQ rights - in addition to the numerous charges that we’ve filed on behalf of victims of discrimination, we also conducted many proceedings before domestic courts to establish and cease discrimination, and fought for damages due to discrimination. We also submitted several applications to the European Court of Human Rights concerning the violations of rights stipulated by the European Convention on Human Rights, ratified by the Republic of Croatia.

We help corporations adjust their codes of conduct and policies to meet the human rights standards granted by international and local law and jurisprudence.
