Protection of employer’s rights
We advise clients on a daily basis on employment law issues, including drafting employment agreements, managers’ agreements, work regulations, establishment plans and other documents. We support clients throughout the entire dismissal procedure, drafting contract terminations and settlement agreements, representing them before work councils or labour unions and conduct negotiations with employees on behalf of our clients - making sure the decision to dismiss is lawful.
We advise employers regarding remote work arrangements such as working from home or from other places. We also offer advice on questions concerning fixed-term employment, trial work, employee’s annual leave and employee recognition schemes. We advise on the issue of non-compete agreements and also (in the employment contracts) regulate the issues of copyright, industrial property rights and trade secrets. We advise employers in discrimination and mobbing procedures.
We represent clients before courts regarding employment law litigation.

Protection of employee’s rights
We represent individuals in labour disputes in order to make a dismissal null and void and return the employee to work. We also represent them in questions regarding compensation related to employment status, determining of employment relationship or the legal termination of employment, payment of salaries, as well as all other employment related procedures. We represent employees in compensatory damages cases as well as in cases related to employment violations.
